Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Integration Lead with deep expertise in the Life Sciences industry. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the integration of complex systems across various platforms to support business objectives in the Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system architecture, integration methodologies, and regulatory requirements specific to Life Sciences, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with industry standards.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Integration Lead with deep expertise in the Life Sciences industry. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the integration of complex systems across various platforms to support business objectives in the Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system architecture, integration methodologies, and regulatory requirements specific to Life Sciences, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
System Integration Planning and Execution:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of integrated systems, ensuring compatibility and interoperability across platforms.
Define integration strategies, roadmaps, and timelines in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing, to gather requirements and define integration objectives.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical expertise in system architecture, API management, data integration, and middleware technologies.
Oversee the development and testing of integration solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Compliance and Validation:
Ensure that all integration processes comply with relevant Life Sciences industry regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA, GxP, HIPAA).
Support system validation, including IQ/OQ/PQ processes and documentation.
Problem Solving and Optimization:
Identify integration challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows.
Vendor and Partner Management:
Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to evaluate, select, and implement integration tools and platforms.
Manage relationships to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Training and Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Train internal teams on integration tools and best practices.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.

7+ years of experience in systems integration, with a focus on the Life Sciences industry.
Proven experience in implementing solutions in environments such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, or healthcare.

Expertise in integration tools and platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Apache Camel).
Proficiency in APIs, microservices, and ETL frameworks.
Strong knowledge of data standards and formats (e.g., HL7, FHIR, CDISC, LOINC).
Hands-on experience with ERP, LIMS, MES, and CRM systems.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory standards like GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO certifications.
Expertise in integration tools and platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Apache Camel).
Proficiency in APIs, microservices, and ETL frameworks.
Strong knowledge of data standards and formats (e.g., HL7, FHIR, CDISC, LOINC).
Hands-on experience with ERP, LIMS, MES, and CRM systems.
