Job Details
PRISM seeks a Sales Account Manager will manage client relationships and develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. This is an onsite position in Reston, VA, and has the flexibility for remote work based on meeting KPI.
You will also:
- Build strong relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, providing tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and projects.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Cold calling and lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant experience selling staffing solutions and account management experience.
- Experience with cold calling, prospecting, business development, and building/maintaining client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a go-getter mindset.
- Team player.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Staffing Solutions for Contract and/or Permanent Direct Placement (IT Staffing, Health Care Staffing, or similar staffing solutions)
