5 years of experience min
The technician will receive their service call schedule a week in advance and typically sees an average of 4 tickets per day. Calls range in time, some could be an hour, some could last a day or two.. The technician will be given the use of a company vehicle.
They need to have experience troubleshooting and problem solving a variety of security equipment, Strat works with equipment such as Alarm.com, DMP, DSC (832, 1832, Alexor Panel, Impassa, Neo, Qolsys Panel, Bosch Keypad (B930), Honeywell, Concord, Vista and any others is a plus. Also experience with motion sensors, door locks, glass break, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide
Knowledge of how these systems work, how they are set up, and knowledge of Alarm.com and other systems will provide exactly what Strat Security needs.
