The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Your role in our mission
- Requirement Gathering:
- Work closely with product management leadership, stakeholders, clinical SME's, Operations, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements.
- Backlog Management:
- Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the development team has a clear understanding of the requirements.
- Sprint Planning & Agile Practices:
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the development team to refine user stories and estimate effort.
- Product Development Support:
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality features.
- Provide clarifications and guidance on user stories throughout the development process.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the development team and product leadership and stakeholders.
- Regularly update product leadership on progress, timelines, and challenges.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate delivered features against requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure functionality aligns with business needs.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in a product management, or business analysis role.
- 5+ years of experience with healthcare technology software.
- 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- 2+ years of experience working with onshore and offshore teams
- Experience with care management workflow software, population health management, or related Medicare/Medicaid software preferred.
- Experience with :APIs and Service-Oriented Architecture, integration of multiple standalone services, interoperability, front end user experience.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS requirements) and standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7).
