Position Type:

  • Contract
  • Hybrid - 3 days in office
Required:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Graphic Design, Website Design, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
  • Ability to self-manage time and meet expected deadlines, completing work on time and within the hours allocated.
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with minimal supervision.
  • Solid grasp of web design principles and an understanding of front-end web and design framework technologies.
  • Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS and email best practices.
  • Experience with modular email development in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget) or a similar email marketing platform.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, inVision, XD/Sketch or related prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of email marketing systems and workflow tools.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and AMPscript is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email compliance regulations
  • Experience in rendering and testing across email clients and devices through Litmus or a similar email rendering tool.
  • 3 years of experience in email, brand and digital design.
  • Knowledge of marketing, advertising and digital experiences.
  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
  • Extreme attention to detail and extensive experience and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modular email development in an email marketing system.
Responsibilities:
  • Coding, producing, proofing, testing, and troubleshooting HTML email campaigns.
  • Produces optimized and responsive HTML emails and is responsible for ensuring a consistent email experience across all email clients and devices.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Understand industry best practices related to email development and deployment.
  • Convert client-provided assets (PSD/HTML/Images/wireframes) into fully responsive emails.
  • Work with leads to implement best practices and department processes.
  • Works closely with Digital Marketing & Social Media teams to support the execution of brand and marketing campaigns and creative deliverables through email channels.
  • Ensure delivery of a strong digital impact through creative design and compatibility.
  • Demonstrates project management skills by seeing projects through completion.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional creative brand team(s) as needed.
  • Understand and enforce the brand guidelines for assigned work.
  • Comfortably handle change requests and provide quick and efficient solutions.
  • Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of the process and the business.
  • Active participation in brainstorming and ideation.
