  • 2+ years of experience in data science, building and deploying models in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or R or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying optimization techniques and linear programming methods to solve complex problems.
  • Experience with predictive models, including time series forecasting, linear regression, or machine learning models (e.g., Facebook Prophet).
  • Ability to handle the end-to-end data science process from data preparation and exploratory analysis to model implementation and monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, actionable manner to technical and non-technical partners.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce supply chain operations or inventory planning.
  • Experience with AWS tools like Redshift, Snowflake, and SageMaker.
  • Experience in building simulations or optimization models for supply chain and inventory management.
