Description

We are in search of a Business Systems Manager to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland. This role is crucial in managing and enhancing our suite of financial systems that bolster our core operations in the Investment Management industry. As a Business Systems Manager, your role will involve overseeing ERP and related business applications, assuring robust system performance and a smooth user experience that aligns with our financial workflows.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for core financial systems, including NetSuite, ACBS, Kyriba, and other secondary platforms.
Manage system configurations, workflows, user access, and enhancements while ensuring stability, performance, and uptime.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Loan Operations, Data, and Application Development teams to ensure systems are efficient, scalable, and reliable.
Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external support teams.
Work in partnership with Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and Operations teams to identify system needs, resolve pain points, and drive optimization.
Analyze data from financial systems to support reporting and business insights, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
Oversee daily operations of system and data integrations, ensuring accuracy and timely data flow.
Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure effective system use, leading user acceptance testing and supporting bug tracking and issue resolution.
Utilize skills such as Atlassian Jira, Business systems, Confluence, CRM, Gap Analysis, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Backlog Grooming, Business Process Functions, and Business Requirement Document to fulfill responsibilities effectively.
Support ongoing integration projects with internal and external technical teams, monitoring integration performance, escalating and resolving issues as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in Investment Management/Companies industry
Proficient in Atlassian Jira
Extensive knowledge of Business Systems
Familiarity with Confluence
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Ability to perform Gap Analysis
Experience with AB Testing
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in Backlog Grooming
Understanding of Business Process Functions
Ability to create a comprehensive Business Requirement Document
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and team management skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent.
