Working with our Global Payroll and Workforce Management Team means you will be working with UKG's #1 Global System Integrator who had growth of over 45% in 2023. Work you'll do

As a UKG WFM Pro Technical Architect, you should expect to be involved in the following:
  • Collaborates with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand business objectives and translate those goals into technical specifications that ensure scalability, performance, and security.
  • Builds technical designs for software applications that incorporate architecture patterns, frameworks, data models, application components, and system integrations.
  • Defines the architecture strategy and development roadmap to align with the organization's business goals and technology strategy.
  • Evaluates and selects appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools for application development that may or may not be part of the UKG ecosystem.
  • Recommends technologies and tools that align with the application's requirements, based on factors such as performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Integrates applications to run smoothly with backend tools, such as cloud storage or application program interfaces (APIs).

Qualifications Required:
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • 10+ years of superior knowledge of the HR, WFM function and associated processes
  • 10+ years of experience with UKG Technical Architecture, and familiarity with the boomi integration layer and UKG's net new platform technologies (LLM, FLEX, Bryte).
  • 10+ years of experience working with Global Fortune 500 firms.
  • 10+ years experience leading teams in the full lifecycle of a WFM project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing
  • Ability to lead requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings.
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Experience with and desire to mentor junior staff.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.


Preferred:
  • External Consulting Experience
  • Experience in other HRIS Implementations
  • Experience with UKG's technology stack and embedded next gen technologies (UKG Bryte, Flex, UDES and Google LLM)
