Procore Specialist for leading Medical Centers in Los Angeles.

Must-Haves:

  • Strong Procore Experience (3-5 Years): Extensive experience with Procore, including setup, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Professional Appearance: A polished, professional appearance, particularly when representing the company in meetings or site visits.
  • U.S. Experience: Relevant experience within the United States to ensure familiarity with local regulations and standards.
  • U.S. Citizenship Preferred: Preference for candidates who are U.S. citizens due to potential security or regulatory requirements.
  • In-Depth Understanding of Construction Procedures, Methodologies, Processes, and Project Management Principles: Comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards and project management techniques.
  • Strong Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project management.
  • Strong Outlook Skills: Competence in managing communications, scheduling, and tasks using Outlook.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or a Related Field.

Nice to Have:

  • 1 Year of OSHPD/HCAI Experience: Experience with California's Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) or Healthcare Access and Information (HCAI) projects, beneficial for specialized projects in healthcare construction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • User Management: Managing user accounts, setting up new users, assigning roles and permissions, and ensuring team members have the appropriate access.
  • Project Setup: Configuring new projects, including setting up templates, workflows, and custom fields to align with project needs.
  • Training and Support: Providing training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of Procore, including creating training materials and conducting workshops.
  • System Configuration: Customizing the Procore environment to meet organizational needs, including configuring integrations and managing data fields.
  • Data Management: Ensuring project data is accurately entered, maintained, and backed up, including managing documents, drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Resolving technical issues within Procore and working with Procore s support team when necessary.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports to help project managers monitor progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Compliance and Security: Ensuring Procore use complies with industry standards, company policies, and regulations, including data security and privacy.
