Technical PM
2+ Years USA Experience Must
As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise on planning, initiating, and managing projects. You will identify action steps and their owners and coordinate the efforts to achieve results within planned timelines and budgets, as well as monitor progress against targets and adjust as needed.

The Integrated Technology Solutions - Project Management - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Identify and solve technical problems related to the development of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects.
Develop efficient methods for monitoring the work of a team.
Report on the progress of a project.
Suggest solutions to refine goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects as needed.
5+ years of experience in Agile Methodologies and Safe framework
Strong technical experience in relevant fields such as software development, engineering, Lean concepts, etc.
Experience managing IT projects cradle to grave: analysis, design, development, testing and production rollout
Experience managing Software Application Development, Infrastructure and Data migration projects
Experience managing Cloud projects (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform)
Knowledge of DevOps pipeline deployment process and release management activities
Experience collaborating with cross portfolio teams, InfoSec, Architecture, Cloud and Infrastructure teams
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in the tools and technologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
Bachelor s degree or equivalent
PMP, PMI, CSM, SAFE certifications
Skills:
Project Planning and Scheduling: Ability to create detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, and manage them effectively.
Risk Management: Skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
Resource Management: Experience in managing resources, including personnel, budget, and materials.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, team members, and senior management.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project issues as they arise
Strong analytical and critical thinking ability to analyze data, create metrics using vlookups and pivot tables in MS excel
Ability to translate technical issues into business terms and report to leadership
Financial Budgeting and Forecasting skills
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure clear understanding across the team.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the project are considered and properly managed.
Time Management: Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently and manage deadlines efficiently. Relevant Experience:
