Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage api and webservices testing projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and procedures for api testing.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct automated testing using selenium for web applications.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Mentor and guide team members on technical best practices in testing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in api and webservices testing methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status and technical aspects of testing.
- Strong experience in api testing and webservices testing.
- Proficiency in using automation tools like selenium for web application testing.
- In-depth knowledge of sdet (software development engineer in test) methodologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as java, python, or ruby.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing processes.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer Certification is a plus.
