PAY & PERKS

We offer our full- or part-time remote Senior Instruction Designer a competitive salary ranging from $96,400 to $115,000, reflecting your skills and experience. In this remote position, you'll enjoy a flexible full- or part-time schedule with various options from 7 am to 4 pm, 8 am to 5 pm, 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday!

As our Senior Instruction Designer, you immerse yourself in the vibrant challenge of designing and developing complex learning programs that cater to diverse needs. Skillfully weaving learning principles and instructional design theories into every module, you create engaging and interactive experiences that captivate learners. Collaborating with fellow experts, you brainstorm innovative techniques that push traditional boundaries, transforming abstract concepts into tangible, impactful learning that empowers both you and the learners who benefit from your craft.

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development
• Proven track record of managing complex learning projects from conception to delivery
• Advanced expertise in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
