Role: Azure Data Engineer
Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid).
- Azure data lake was stood up in the last few years
- Moving from Tableau to Power BI
- Manager has about 40-50 people on team
- Will work with architects
- Data Engineers need to develop and model pipelines based on the architecture
Skillsets needed:
- SQL extensive, stored procedures, optimization, etc.
- Synapse to build data products, performance, parallel processing, etc.
- Pyspark/Python
- Azure Data Factory for ELT integration
- Postgres having knowledge of databases as they will connect to different sources
- Any functional knowledge in oil & gas is nice to have
- Azure data bricks experience is a nice to have
