| Job Description (Posting). | 12+ years of experience with a strong background in design, particularly in UX (User Experience) managing and overseeing all aspects of design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Act as a liaison between clients, design teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Leverage a deep understanding of design principles, particularly in UX, to guide project teams and contribute valuable insights. Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that project objectives are met. Implement rigorous quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of design excellence. Conduct thorough reviews of deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements and client expectations. (1.) To manages the overall ERP environment, including multiple modules and integrations. (2.) To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users. (3.) Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and optimization across the ERP system, aligning with business goals. (4.) To perform troubleshooting for complex technical issues at the ERP and database level. (5.) To stay updated on emerging ERP technology trends and transfer knowledge to the team members. |
