Job Description

The Consumer Credit Card Product Manager II is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and management of ENT's consumer credit card products. This role involves overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring products meet member needs and business goals. The Product Manager II will collaborate with various teams, including IT, marketing, compliance, and external partners, to drive innovation and deliver industry-leading credit card products and experiences.

Essential Functions

  • Product Strategy and Optimization: Set and Manage Product Goals: Define and prioritize the credit card product roadmap, aligning with member needs and business goals. Oversee Lifecycle: Manage the product development process from concept through launch and optimization, ensuring quality and timeliness. Analyze Market: Review competitive landscape and conduct market research to inform product decisions and gather insights. Lead Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire lifecycle of credit card products, from ideation to post-launch evaluation and improvement. Develop Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of strategies to enhance the digital credit card experience, aligning with business goals. Own Roadmap: Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on feedback, research, and priorities. Measure Success: Define KPIs, analyze metrics, and use member insights to drive continuous improvement and actionable strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Acquisition Strategies Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with IT, marketing, legal, compliance, and other teams to ensure successful product launches. Enhance Digital Experience: Work with various stakeholders to improve the consumer credit card digital experience. Execute Growth Strategies: Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Risk teams to implement member growth strategies and address challenges. Drive Campaigns: Lead high-impact, omni-channel campaigns with Marketing and Channel teams to boost acquisition. Develop Acquisition Strategies: Create and align acquisition strategies, set targets, and track KPIs. Support and Explore: Design contests and incentives, provide data support, and explore new partnership opportunities for member acquisition.
  • Metrics and Analysis, Partnership Management Monitor Performance: Regularly review campaign performance and support acquisition forecasting with the Analytics team. Develop Recommendations: Create business cases and marketing strategies based on business and member needs. Manage Risks: Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate delays, ensuring regulatory compliance. Ensure Controls: Oversee and adhere to relevant controls and processes. Conduct Testing: Perform A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of marketing offers and features. Manage Partnerships: Maintain relationships with external partners like Visa and Valera to align on product development and marketing strategies.
  • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for the level II Position

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ year's of financial product management experience.
  • 2+ years' of credit card product management experience

Minimum Formal Qualifications for the level III Position

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 8+ year's of financial product management experience.
  • 4+ years' of credit card product management experience


Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • Experience owning and managing a credit card P&L, including analytics skills.
  • Knowledge of credit card processing tools and procedures.
  • Flexible and collaborative approach to problem solving and ideation.
  • Knowledge of product development and growth.
  • Superior communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Project management skills.
  • Knowledge of card networks, remittance processing, card fraud mitigation.
  • Knowledge of Reg E, Reg Z, Reg J compliance.
  • Knowledge of card plastic production.

Additional Information

The pay range for this position is: $90,126 to $118,285 per Year (S17)

The pay range for the level III position is: $106,475 to $139,755 per Year (S18)

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
