Job Type: Contract (>=30 HRS WEEKLY)


Pay Range: $75 - $85/HR

Job Description



  • Project Manager for the Assets & Partner Approvals Program (APA), you will be one of the people our internal partners at Client will come to with questions about all things VR content.

  • You will drive daily operations, work closely with the APA Program Manager, and with the knowledge you have gained attending cross-functional meetings, carrying conversations with content producers, developer relations, and other peers, as well as information gathered from other sources, you will proactively push out information to internal teams and stakeholders on a regular cadence, enabling successful execution of marketing initiatives that showcase Client's VR product lines and content offerings.

  • This role will work cross-functionally with Clientverse Content Organization, Product Marketing Managers, Marketing Communications, Events team and external developers, directly contributing to Clientverse Content Organization's mission to support content makers to build successful businesses in the Client VR platform. Responsibilities:



  • Drives program's daily operations, in-depth approval process and request queue coming from cross-functional partners.

  • Executes, updates and closes assigned tasks within standardized service level agreements Develops and maintains productive relationships with internal teams and third-party developers, managing expectations by escalating risks, concerns and blockers for projects in flight, adapting message as appropriate to each internal and external audiences

  • Partners with members of Clientverse Content Organization, Marketing and internal Events teams to identify the right content to showcase at flagship events and secure asset and/or demo build approvals required from IP holders

  • Owns APA Program's knowledge base in Wiki and other systems, driving process improvements in partnership with APA Program Manager that enable self-sufficiency for cross-functional partners and stakeholders on standard requests

  • Owns maintaining the APA Program database of assets, updating the portfolio in tandem with new launches and/or content updates going live in the VR storefronts Contributes to new hire onboarding process by delivering introduction to the APA Program to new members of Clientverse Content Organization and of internal partner teams Owns reporting and broadcasting activities in alignment with APA Program Manager Maintains broad knowledge of VR titles across all currently supported platforms as new content is released, performs as subject-matter expert on Client's portfolio of VR experiences;



Minimum Qualifications:



  • 5+ years experience in project management, marketing operations or related field in the Games and/or Entertainment Industries Proven experience operating with detail-oriented, analytical view on process that continually improves how teams get work done in cross-functional environments

  • Proven experience parsing through multiple sources of information and synthesizing it into digestible format that informs tactical and strategic decisions

  • Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential information with internal and external partners Interpersonal and communication skills with proven experience navigating complex cross-functional work streams to achieve business outcomes

  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work effectively against daily execution tasks and long term goals

  • Proven experience delivering polished presentations on tactical and strategic levels, including occasional updates to Leadership

  • Knowledgeable on video games genres of VR, PC and/or console games Knowledgeable on technical specifications for digital and print assets (i.e. resolution standards, file formats, etc.) and PC hardware and software Proficiency on Windows and macOS (command line, file structure, permissions, etc.)



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with VR content, familiar with Client VR product lines and experiences available in the Oculus online store (Quest, Rift S) Experience with marketing/promotional initiatives and operations for new software, hardware consumer launches, and familiarity in handling new types of proprietary software Experience with Salesforce and Digital Asset Management tools Proficiency on ADB and Android
