Job Details

Job Title: Product Manager Digital Platforms & Customer Experience (Salesforce & Angular)

Location: Denver, CO

Duration: Long-term

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing platforms and/or internal digital tools.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, and understanding of platform capabilities (site setup, user roles, Lightning components, etc.).
  • Experience working on or alongside custom Angular front-end applications, particularly within enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of backend integrations (ERP, PIM, CRM), API-driven platforms, and system architecture within IT-driven orgs.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical execution and vice versa.
  • Strong background in agile delivery and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in the distribution, wholesale, or industrial B2B sector is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex development (not coding, but conceptual knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience managing platform governance, security access roles, and multi-system data flows.
  • Background in user research, UX collaboration, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes, testing frameworks, and deployment cycles for custom-built applications.
