Job Description: Title: Airtable Implementation Lead
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Airtable Implementation Lead to lead and oversee the transition and effective implementation of Airtable as a key operational tool within our organization. This role demands expertise in Airtable configuration and transition management, and a strategic ability to collaborate across departments to drive impactful results.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Airtable (3-5 years) and proven experience in managing large-scale transitions, with the communication skills needed to engage stakeholders across all levels.
Responsibilities
Lead and drive the transition to Airtable across the organization, ensuring alignment with team goals and timelines.
Develop a clear roadmap for Airtable, balancing strategic objectives and practical requirements.
Collaborate closely with two Airtable project managers who are configuration experts, supporting them in establishing and refining the Airtable configuration roadmap.
Directly configure Airtable to support project manager and meet deadline mand ensuring it aligns with organizational needs and operational efficiencies.
Own the transition process end-to-end, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating training, resolving issues, and securing buy-in across departments.
Facilitate training sessions and regular updates on Airtable best practices and functionality.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years experience working with Airtable, including configuration and project-based application.
Strong background in managing large-scale transitions and projects, with a track record of successfully implementing new capabilities
Experience communicating and collaborating across functions and departments to drive change
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas to various audiences and translate business requirements to actionable objectives
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with operational environment is highly preferred
