Description
- Overall 3-7 years of proven and referenceable experience in Technology Sales (Products or Services) or Customer Success Function
- Demonstrable Key traits - Bias for action, Customer-centric focus, and Growth mind- set
- Expertise or knowledge of one or more of the following areas - CRM, Billing, ERP, Product Engineering, Applications Support, Analytics/ BI or Technology staffing
- Ability to steer customer conversations, create / develop relationships, spot new opportunities and nurture them, Own and drive targets
- Willingness to learn and aspiration to grow into Account Manager/ Client Partner Role
- Experience working with offshore/near shore teams in an organization with multi-shore teams.
