Description
We are offering an employment opportunity for a Help Desk Technician in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be providing critical support to our team by handling various technical issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, maintaining network and system security, and managing our LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
Monitor and maintain network and system security to ensure data integrity.
Identify and address user needs to enhance overall system performance.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues across various hardware and software platforms.
Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, and smartphones.
Manage software deployment, security updates, and patches to ensure system stability.
Provide support for Microsoft Windows 10 and other operating systems.
Maintain detailed records of user issues and system updates.
Requirements
Proficiency in Desktop Support, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Demonstrated experience in Network Troubleshooting, capable of identifying and fixing network-related problems.
Familiarity with Connectivity issues, ensuring seamless network connections for all users.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, including installation, management, and troubleshooting.
