About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Program Manager helping to integrate all of our platform assets into a single cohesive ecosystem. This role will work closely with multiple teams including our product managers and technology leads to facilitate our technology development by coordinating with internal teams including Sales, UX & Design, Engineering, Legal and Compliance. The ideal candidate will be able to facilitate collaboration, effective delivery, and ensure the team meets business objectives in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers and other teams to document user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria in JIRA, ensuring requirements are communicated in a clear and detailed manner and priorities are clearly communicated.
  • Work alongside engineering teams to ensure development efforts are carefully planned and timelines for delivery are both accurate and transparent.
  • Facilitate and guide groups through processes to help them make decisions and find solutions.
  • Assisting with producing collateral internally and externally such as quarterly roadmaps

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in financial services or at a financial technology company strongly preferred. Ideally, experience working for a large FI or software company that builds tools for FIs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to establish solid relationships, and promote team cohesion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, used to working in multi-location teams and 'managing by influence'
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical, convergent thinker passionate about taking on new challenges
  • Able to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience navigating complex software development projects
  • Experience in a project or program management role for either a large initiative and/or multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Consulting background (e.g. EY, PWC, etc.) in their Consulting Division would be a plus
  • Some level of technical expertise - fingers to keyboard database / sql experience, Python, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint; MS Access or similar desktop DB; and project management tools such as Monday.com, MS Project or similar; reporting tools such as PoweBI, Tableau, etc.,
  • Nice to have: experience with project / program management methodologies such as Six Sigma, PMI certification or methodologies from a consulting organization
  • Ideally, has worked on large data projects - deduplication, dashboard building, etc.
  • Preferred but not required, experience in technical writing
  • Preferred: experiencing training users on technology solutions

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $110,000 depending on level. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
