Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Duration: Through June 2025 (With possible Renewal)

Location: Boston, MA 02118 (Hybrid)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture: Lead the design and development of robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to the development team, promoting best practices in code quality, integration, and deployment.
  • Salesforce Custom Development: Develop custom applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce to fulfill unique business requirements.
  • Integration Management: Oversee the seamless integration of Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring efficient data flow and system synchronization.
  • Project Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define project goals, gather requirements, and manage Salesforce implementations from initiation to completion.
  • Automation Solutions: Implement advanced automation processes such as Flows, Workflows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules to enhance business efficiency.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate and effective data handling using tools like Workbench, Data Loader, and Data Import Wizard.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to optimize and enhance system performance and user experience through ongoing platform improvements.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to team members and end users to support system adoption.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, testing, and validation to maintain high standards of reliability and user satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Development.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, triggers, batch automation, and Visualforce development.
  • Strong background in REST and SOAP API integrations. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Copado) and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
  • Advanced knowledge of data management tools such as Workbench and Data Loader.
  • Project Leadership:

Proven experience leading complex projects in Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.

  • Analytics and Insights:

Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and leverage insights using Tableau/Einstein.

  • Team Leadership:

Ability to mentor and guide other developers, fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and clear project reporting.
