Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in SAP S/4 HANA and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to oversee and drive critical project implementations. The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, with strong knowledge of GxP compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP S/4 HANA and MES projects across various phases, from planning to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Ensure the project adheres to GxP compliance and industry standards throughout all stages.
• Drive process improvements and best practices within SAP and MES frameworks to optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Liaise with stakeholders in the pharmaceutical/biotech space to ensure smooth integration and alignment with company objectives.
• Facilitate project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP and MES-related issues during project implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with demonstrated success in SAP implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Knowledge of GxP compliance and its application in pharmaceutical and biotech projects.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP project implementations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with process mapping, documentation, and change management.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Understanding of supply chain processes in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Work Model:
This role offers flexibility for remote work, though occasional travel may be required depending on project needs.
