We have an opening Business analyst
Mode of Interview: Webcam/In person
Work Location: Columbus, Ohio
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Shift: EST
Candidate must have 5 years of Experience
- Experience working in a legacy application support development environment.
- Support program staff with story lifecycle management, which includes using the User Story work item for Creating and Managing requirements
- Develop supporting artifacts based on interviews with the technical and business team
- Write acceptance criteria, assist with the development of acceptance criteria, and migrate user stories from committed to ready-for-test processes.
- Develop key deliverables (e.g., traceability matrix) using tools such as MS PowerPoint; and MS Excel, MS Word, Visio, or other diagramming software.
- Experience functioning as a BA on a large-scale enterprise-level application.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to interact with a diverse group composed of various lines of business and technical staff.
- Experience working with, or in, the State of Ohio or within the public sector.
- Experience working with COBOL applications.
