Description:
Our client is a manufacturing company that manufactures industrial safety products.
They are hiring two help desk specialist to join their current team on a contract to hire opportunity. The help desk team is the first level of support for their 300+ end users. The help desk team assists with issues ranging from troubleshooting O365, phone support/set-up, workstation set-up, setting up user accounts, MFA (multi-factor authentication), etc. There are about 100-125 tickets per person per month (not including walk-in tickets). The ideal candidate will have experience with web-based ticketing systems like and remote access tools.
