Job Summary:
HiTek Staffing is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with minimum 5 years of expertise in talent acquisition. As a key member of our team, you will source and screen candidates for technical roles, create a pipeline of top-tier talent, and enhance our employer brand. Your role will directly impact our organization's ability to hire and retain the best IT professionals while fostering a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and post clear, engaging technical job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Identify and source candidates through niche job boards and professional networks.
  • Analyze and screen IT resumes, focusing on specialized skills and qualifications.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate candidates technical and behavioral competencies.
  • Interview candidates using diverse methods, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
  • Collaborate with IT leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Create and send personalized outreach emails to engage passive candidates.
  • Attend industry events, tech conferences, and meetups to network with IT professionals.
  • Draft and deliver compelling job offer letters.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Promote Hitek Staffing's reputation as a top employer in the industry.
  • Perform job and task analyses to document duties and technical requirements.
  • Stay current on technological trends and emerging industry tools to refine recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Proven success in sourcing, screening, and onboarding IT professionals.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and talent acquisition.
