Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve issues and enhance General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Procurement, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Expenses, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.
  • Migrate responsive UI pages to Redwood UI.
  • Redesign and reconfigure workflows.
  • Develop and modify integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Configure page personalization/customizations using Sandbox and Visual Builder Studio.
  • Identify and implement new features from quarterly upgrades.
  • Document and support testing and implementation of solutions.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to the Arlington Oracle Support Team.
  • Report status to DTS and DMF management.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP Cloud implementation and support.
  • Experience in at least one Oracle ERP/Finance Cloud implementation as a Functional Consultant.
  • Experience in two or more Oracle Finance/ERP Cloud support projects as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of financial business processes.
  • Ability to relate product functionality to business needs and offer implementation advice.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Professional interaction with diverse groups, including executives and subject matter experts.
  • Quick and independent learning of new products and technical solutions.
  • Technical skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows, Visual Builder Studio, PaaS Integrations, OIC, SOA, Web Services, XML, Oracle ADF.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in Oracle Fusion financial modules.
  • Knowledge of security setup.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in Oracle EPM, Test automation tools (Opkey), SplashBI, and Oracle Cloud ERP Certification is a plus.
  • Experience working with local government is a plus.
