Application Development and Integration Leader

The Head of Application Development and Integration will be responsible for guiding and assembling teams that specialize in Salesforce, Mulesoft, APIs, and full-stack development. This role requires solid technical expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of Continuous Delivery methods and adherence to SDLC processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of developers and integration professionals.


• Technical Guidance: Provide expert direction in areas such as Salesforce, Mulesoft, API development, and full-stack solutions.


• Project Supervision: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development initiatives, ensuring alignment with quality standards and project timelines.


• Continuous Delivery: Implement and sustain Continuous Delivery practices to streamline and ensure consistent software releases.


• SDLC Adherence: Ensure all development work follows best practices and meets Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) guidelines.


• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams from product management, quality assurance, and operations to deliver integrated solutions.


• Innovation and Technology Awareness: Stay informed about industry advancements and emerging technologies, incorporating them into the team's workflow.


• Problem Solving: Address technical challenges and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth project delivery.


• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather input, update on progress, and manage expectations.


• Additional Tasks: Take on other responsibilities as needed.
