Position Title: Prism C# Developer

Job Description:

Seeking a talented and experienced Prism C# Developer to join our dynamic team in New York City. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and in the office, providing a flexible work environment. As a key member of our development team, you will work on developing and maintaining applications that serve the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# development, experience with the Prism framework, and a deep understanding of financial services systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using C# and the Prism framework to deliver scalable and reliable solutions for financial services platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers to define and implement new features and enhancements.
• Design and implement robust, efficient, and reusable code adhering to best practices and high standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial services applications, ensuring minimal disruption to end users.
• Optimize application performance to handle large datasets and high-volume transactions.
• Work with front-end and back-end teams to integrate APIs, third-party services, and data sources into applications.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and consistency across the development team.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and internal security policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in C# and the Prism framework.
• Proven experience in software development for the financial services industry.
• Experience working with object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and database optimization.
• Understanding of financial services concepts such as trading platforms, risk management, and financial reporting.
• Experience with cloud technologies and services, preferably AWS or Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Familiarity with financial data integration and reporting tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
