Job Details

We are actively looking for a for Senior Application Project/Program Manager to join our team.

The primary requirements associated with this position are -

On-Premise CUI Zone Migration Phase 1 & 2 (forklift legacy apps into firewalled compartments, then harden).
Background of major application uplifts and transformations.
Capability to lead multiple project managers and manage a complex portfolio of projects over the course of a 2 year program.
10+ years of project and program management experience + experience with program budgets ranging from $5m - 15m.
Experience leading tech stack upgrades as a part of application transformation, upgrades and remediations including familiarity with infrastructure components (hybrid cloud, firewalls, load balancers, etc.).
Familiarity with leading a program based on agile project teams that work with other teams that are not yet using agile methodologies.
Strengths in dealing with ambiguity, organizational agility, and executive presence/communications.
Standard Program Management Competencies.

Additional requirements:
1. The selected candidates will ensure their streams are tied together and will coordinate all resources to achieve the overall goals above
2. Candidate MUST HAVE soft skills as well as knowledge of the technologies involved. Communication skills are very important, both verbal and written
3. Experience with PM tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Excel is a requirement
4. IT educational background is a plus
5. PMP certification is required for this position.
