Position: SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Expert
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation and maintenance of SAP MDG with a focus on supplier data management.
- Design and implement comprehensive data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Establish data governance standards and best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Develop and maintain MDM strategies and architectures.
- Implement MDM solutions to centralize and manage critical master data across the organization.
- Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of master data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and streamline the supplier qualification process.
- Develop and enforce phase-appropriate purchasing controls to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify data governance needs and priorities.
- Work closely with data stewards, data owners, and other key stakeholders to ensure adherence to data governance policies.
- Define and implement data quality metrics and KPIs.
- Monitor and enforce data quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits.
- Provide expert guidance and training to stakeholders on SAP MDG and related processes.
- Monitor and improve master data quality, ensuring accurate and up-to-date supplier information.
- Support the design and implementation of data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MDG and supplier data management.
- Proven experience as an SAP MDG Expert, particularly in supplier management.
- Strong grasp of phase-appropriate purchasing controls and data governance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams.
