Description

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry. Our office is based in NEW YORK, New York, United States. As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be managing our marketing campaigns, implementing content management systems, and strategizing on brand awareness. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Manage and implement the Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to optimize marketing processes.
Handle the database efficiently and ensure all customer data are accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborate with the team to create and manage engaging editorial content for our platforms.
Utilize EO/IR systems for effective marketing and advertising.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Plan, coordinate and manage blogging activities to engage customers and promote our brand.
Develop and implement strategies for content marketing to attract potential customers.
Utilize Marketo for effective marketing automation and campaign management.
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
Develop and execute advertisements for our brand promotion.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the Real Estate & Property industry.
Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS).
Demonstrable skills in CRM and Database management.
Experience in creating and managing Editorial Content.
Knowledge of EO/IR systems.
Ability to design engaging Advertisements.
Experience in Blogging to boost Brand Awareness.
Skills in Campaign Planning and execution.
Proficiency in Content Marketing strategies.
Experience with marketing automation software, specifically Marketo.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
