- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience in Information Technology testing, quality assurance and the performance of change management functions.
- Cross-platform Information Technology development environment experience.
- Experience with QA testing and script writing.
- Good understanding of the system test life cycle, review process, and test case documentation.
- Ability to thoroughly document and troubleshoot errors.
- Well versed with Agile, Scrum, waterfall methodologies.
- Good team and critical thinking skills.
- Keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel and ServiceNow.
