IT Field Support Technician

Hybrid or Onsite in Laurel, MD and Multiple Maryland/DC areas 6+ Months

* High School diploma/GED or equivalent; Associate s degree preferred

* 2 years of specialized experience with Active Directory, Windows OS, SCCM, ITIL Methodologies

* 1 years of technical support experience preferred

* 1 years of experience with software troubleshooting preferred

* Strong customer service skills

MUST HAVES:

  1. General Experience: 2 Years c. Specialized Experience Experienced in Active Directory, Windows OS, SCCM, ITIL Methodologies
  2. Skillset Computer Hardware Repair:
  • 1 years (Preferred) Technical support:
  • 1 years (Preferred) Software troubleshooting
  • 1 years (Preferred) Strong customer service skills
