Requirements and Testing Engineer, Mid
The Opportunity:

We're looking for a passionate Requirements and Testing Engineer to work with a fast-paced, highly collaborative software development team to build and launch capability for Enterprise web-based systems in the Cybersecurity field. You'll have the opportunity to work on automation of nation-level, mission-critical security processes, workflows, and sensor data in risk management, compliance, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring.

You'll leverage your expertise to work with a diverse team of analysts and engineers to build, test, and operate system capabilities. You'll be responsible for working with high-level stakeholders on understanding needs, designing and documenting requirements for enhancements, and performing testing of complex features. You should be a customer-driven, self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills working with customers on detailed requirements, acceptance testing, and demos.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience with technical and functional requirements analysis for web-based applications
  • 2+ years of experience with creating functional and technical specifications, use cases, and user stories
  • 2+ years of experience with quality assurance, functional testing, and regression testing for web-based applications
  • 2+ years of experience with SDLC, Agile, and milestone and schedule tracking
  • Experience with SDLC tools, such as Jira and Test Case management tools, such as Zephyr
  • Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, Javascript, and SQL and API testing , including Postman
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with RMF and ATO processes
  • Experience with GRC tools, including eMASS, Archer, Xacta, and SNOW
  • Experience with programming and scripting languages, such as Python, Javascript, C#, Java, Go, Bash, or Powershell
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master's degree
  • DoD 8570 IAT II Certification, including Security+ or CISSP Certification


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
