JOB DETAILS:

 

Title: Adobe Workfront Admin / Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid (4 days remote and one day a week in office, Century City, CA)

Type: 12+ months contract (extendable)

 

Job Description:

Key Skills:

  • Business Analysis skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Proof, and Workfront Fusion setup and configuration
  • Experience managing Adobe Admin Console and other Adobe Products
  • General Understanding of MuleSoft and systems integrations

 

Principal responsibilities:

  1. Provide Tier 1 support for client's application (Adobe Workfront). Examples: provisioning and enabling users, troubleshooting access issues, submitting Adobe support tickets, configuration updates, configuring reports, analyzing automation and data errors.
  2. Business Analyst: Assist in the Gathering of Requirements and Project Management for a Phase-2 Enhancement project for the client's application.
