Job Description-
We are seeking an experienced Esports Strategist to join our Client's team and help drive the growth and success of their partner ecosystem. This role will concentrate on our digital product portfolio and also involve consulting.

you will actively spearhead the product development of esports digital goods in collaboration with the game and esports teams. You must possess strong project management skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across a variety of stakeholders both internal and external.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the production of esports digital goods by acting as the liaison between game development and partner teams, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products for fans
Collaborate with partner teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives that enhance the performance of digital goods.
Analyze the performance of digital goods, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue for the ecosystem.
Consult with international team to develop and implement strategies that strengthen individual and the overall esports ecosystem.
Provide data and analytics support for international leagues and contribute to the advancement of other strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with the Strategy team to develop, prioritize, and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a Strategist, Analyst, Producer, or Product Manager role
Experience working with teams and managing projects
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
Experience in product development or product management
Strong data analytical skills
Strong understanding of the esports industry

Desired Qualifications:
Experience in sports or esports
Experience consulting on business operations or working with financials
Experience working with creative / game production
Experience in a cross-functional, matrix organization
