Vice President, Technology Product Manager II

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Technology Product Manager II to join our Technology Services Group team. This role is in Pittsburgh/PA or Lake Mary/FL and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required). Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this work location, as we are unable to accommodate 100% virtual work arrangements.


In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:


  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and end users to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

  • Develop expertise in the applications supported to be able to troubleshoot issues and suggest enhancements.

  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.



To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset.

  • Experience in working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred,

  • 8-10 years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
