Job Title:Staff & Principal Full Stack Software Engineers

Job Summary:
An innovative cloud-based company in Austin is looking for experienced Full Stack Software Engineers at the Staff and Principal levels to designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of their web applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of reusable components using React, ensuring scalability and accessibility.
- Collaborate with designers to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews, maintain testing standards
- Serverless architecture design using AWS services.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide guidance on best practices, and solve technical challenges.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on business goals while maintaining security and compliance standards.
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end and full stack development, with significant experience using React and its ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of React hooks, state management libraries (such as Redux, Context API), and component libraries.
- Extensive experience with Tailwind
- Proven experience in integrating and managing data using GraphQL.
- Proficient in using Vite and other modern build tools for optimized development and deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and front-end best practices.
