Job Details
Looking for a HCM Tester to join our Consulting Practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic transformation including extensive experience.

Responsibilities Include:
- Need to be a strong understanding of core HR processes
- Minimum two Oracle HCM Cloud projects experience preferred, at least one if possible
- Need to have proficiency in testing methodologies
- Ability to identify and document functional issues within the Core HR module, including employee data management, personal information updates, job changes, and leave management, while also having a good grasp of related HCM modules like benefits, payroll, and talent management for potential integration testing
