Job Title: Systems Analyst (Healthcare Eligibility & Enrollment exp)

Required Skills:
The position involves supporting the client's team product delivery efforts throughout SDLC including comprehension of the numerous technical interdependencies across cross product teams within the Marketplace.
Candidate will serve as a liaison between technical development teams and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment with project goals/desired outcomes.
Candidate must have a solid understanding of system engineering and API integration concepts either thru direct system experience and/or in an analyst role. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively to help drive team success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine how different system components are integrated and document, detail and maintain the technical aspects of the business processes and operations
Experienced in working collaboratively within a multi-vendor team environments to achieve project goals and facilitate cross functional team interactions
Capable of identifying issues and assessing API integration and data management solutions to derive actionable insights and recommendations
Articulate marketplace systems' scopes and objectives based on user needs and comprehension of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
Effective at presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Develop or enhance documents, flow charts, and layouts, diagrams to communicate system to system interactions (current vs future state)
Develop or update documentation for assigned projects; suggest modifications or continuous improvement in processes/procedures
Knowledge of Visio and/or other workflow management software
Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
