Job Details

Seeking a skilled Adobe RoboHelp Consultant to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Adobe RoboHelp and a strong background in technical writing and content management.
  • This role involves creating, managing, and optimizing help documentation and user guides to enhance user experience and support our product offerings.
  • Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, user guides, and help content using Adobe RoboHelp.
  • Project Management: Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Content Optimization: Implement best practices for content organization, single-sourcing, and content reusability to improve efficiency.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on the use of Adobe RoboHelp and other documentation tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy, ensuring it meets the company's standards and guidelines. User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve documentation quality and usability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in technical writing and content management, with a focus on using Adobe RoboHelp.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe RoboHelp, HTML, CSS, and other relevant tools and technologies
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to documentation and content management.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other Adobe products such as Adobe FrameMaker and Adobe Captivate. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and version control systems. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
