Job Overview:

We're seeking a Senior Python Developer with 10+ years of experience to design and develop scalable backend solutions, RESTful APIs, and high-performance applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive project success in agile environments.

Key Skills:

  • Languages/Frameworks: Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI

  • APIs: REST, GraphQL

  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

  • CI/CD & DevOps: Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab

  • Cloud: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

  • Tools: Git, PyTest, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Kafka, RabbitMQ

  • Soft Skills: Team leadership, strong communication, mentoring, agile mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain scalable backend systems

  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices

  • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers

  • Work closely with DevOps and frontend teams

  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues

Preferred:

  • Experience in distributed systems or big data projects
