Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Identification and Setup:
- Lead the identification and setup of teams for Workday (WD) and UKG Help Desk operations.
- Coordinate with HR and all stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and service delivery standards.
- Phone Team and Transaction Support:
- Define roles and responsibilities for the phone support team and transaction support team.
- Establish workflows and escalation paths to ensure efficient query resolution and support.
- Consolidation of Contact Points:
- Consolidate and streamline existing multiple phone numbers and email addresses for WD and UKG support queries.
- Implement a unified communication strategy to enhance user experience and accessibility.
- ServiceNow (SNOW) Workflow Setup:
- Define SNOW workflows tailored to HRIS support processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators to optimize ticketing and incident management workflows.
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Documentation:
- Develop comprehensive SOP documentation for HRIS support operations.
- Ensure SOPs are updated regularly and aligned with best practices and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and implementing HR Service Centers for large organizations.
- Proven expertise in managing transitions from SAP to Workday and/or UKG platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) and experience in working with SNOW Administrators
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
