Under the guidance of the Delivery Manager, the Solution Consultant will be responsible for the detailed design, configuration and testing to delivery enterprise data solutions. You will work to ensure the quality and completeness of our configured solutions by partnering with client resources to design and implement data management best practices and procedures. It is generally an office-based job, though it may involve a reasonable amount of travel to meet with end users, observe processes in action and provide client knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:
The estimated base salary for this job is $105,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117,600 - $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.

Primary Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture
- Gather business and technical requirements for Data Management implementation.
- Support the design of a Data Management architecture, including data models, workflows, and integration points.
- Support defining master data domains (e.g., customer, product, supplier) and data governance strategies.
- Ensure the Data Management solution aligns with enterprise data strategy and regulatory compliance.
- Work with stakeholders to define matching, survivorship, and golden record rules.
Configuration & Implementation
- Configure the Data Management platform to support data integration, quality, and governance processes.
- Develop data validation, cleansing, and enrichment rules within the Data Management system.
- Set up data hierarchies, relationships, and metadata structures.
- Implement role-based access controls and data security measures.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Data Management with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, etc.).
Data Quality & Governance
- Define and enforce data quality standards and business rules.
- Implement data stewardship workflows for ongoing data maintenance.
- Assist in data profiling, deduplication, and standardization efforts.
- Monitor and resolve data inconsistencies and anomalies.
Testing & Validation
- Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts for Data Management solution validation.
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Verify data accuracy, consistency, and performance within the Data Management system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects identified during testing.
Documentation & Training
- Create solution documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- Provide training to business users, data stewards, and IT teams on Data Management processes.
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and change logs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors.
- Work closely with data governance teams to ensure compliance with policies.
- Support change management and adoption of the Data Management solution.
Continuous Improvement & Support
- Support post-implementation troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Stay up to date with Data Management technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Business Analysis Experience: Requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions, collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams and strong analytical thinking
- MDM Experience: Match approach, match tuning, data model, stewardship and work queue design and configuration
- Data Integration Experience: Data mapping, sourcing, transformation and process orchestration, across all latency types
- Data Quality & Governance Skills: Lead and perform data profiling, cleansing, standardization and enrichment
- Testing & Validation Experience: Prepare and support the execution of UAT, data validation, automation and technical testing
- Ability to communicate effectively to your delivery lead and client counterparts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, math, statistics, computer science, or equivalent
- 5+ years' work experience in Data Management solution delivery, using a comprehensive platform that provides data governance, data integration and master data management capabilities.
- Command of data governance and data management best practices, tools and disciplines, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets, and approaches related to data protection
- Strong technical writing skills capable of taking complex technical concepts and making them easily understood
- Comfortable working through ambiguous situations to define precise requirements and priorities and drive outcomes
- High proficiency in using MS Office in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of Tools.
