Job Description:

Duration: 8-12 month contract, with the potential to extend

Pay Range: $25 - $40/hour W2

Location: On-site in Redwood City, CA

Shift: M-F 7:30am-4:30pm PST

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service in a collaborative environment having a keen focus on helping people resolve issues and problems
  • Maintain our AV Event and Conference Rooms and ensure they are functional on a day to day basis resolving operational and cosmetic issues in a timely manner
  • Oversee AV events and ensure we deliver a high-quality experience for both local and remote participants
  • Edit presentations for internal distribution using the latest in technology and equipment
  • Build documentation to reinforce the process and policies we have regarding AV best practices and room management


Requirements:
  • Experience supporting and administering video conferencing tools
  • Familiarity with the video conference technology used in meeting rooms
  • Hands-on experience in managing Live and Remote company events
  • Ability to discuss collaboration technology with technical and non-technical staff members
  • A background in customer service or the IT support field
  • Experience working in a ticketing system
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
