Ready to join a dynamic and fast-paced IT team as an IT Support Technician? You'll be the go-to expert for solving a variety of technical challenges, from laptop provisioning to troubleshooting complex Windows OS, VPN, and connectivity issues. Based in our Madison office, you'll manage level 2/3 support tickets, working with remote users to resolve critical hardware and software problems.
