Healthcare Analytics Consultant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Analytics Consultant with a strong healthcare supply chain background. This individual will lead mission-critical projects, drive innovation, and support system transformations.
This role requires strong project management capabilities deep supply chain knowledge, and proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and executive reporting.

Qualifications:
Strong background in Lawson and Epic, specifically within supply chain environments
Expertise in PowerBI and analytics
Experience in project management (preferably with healthcare or clinical systems)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Recent and Ongoing Projects Include:
Deployment of Procedural Analytics tools
Rebuilding and expansion of Attainia Capital Request process
Implementation of Wavemark RFID tracking
Integration of Imaging Supply Documentation into Epic
Establishment of new supply charge capture rules for ED
Rollout of Bill Only Automation initiatives
Conversion of clinical documentation systems from Lawson to Epic
Clean-up projects involving ERP manufacturer data and Vizient rosters
WEX consolidation and Pcard reduction strategies
Operationalization of Master Item Database for enterprise use
Migration of savings/compliance tracking from Sourcing/Tableau
Creation of Power BI dashboards, variance analysis, and machine learning for data accuracy
Support for transition of manual intakes from Icertis to Linen
