The Opportunity

We are seeking for a hardworking, great teammate, and innovative Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our vision for delivering experiential privacy by handling risks and realizing opportunities through transparency and a user-centric solutions that support Adobe's core values and business goals.

This is a highly cross-functional role and requires a strong ability to think big and influence others, working closely with teams across the company, including Digital Media and Digital Experience products, Adobe.com platform engineering, Security, and Legal. To be successful in this role, you excel handling change and display high levels of bias for action, ownership and results; all with a phenomenal ability to partner with several teams and navigate through multiple priorities.

What you'll Do

Understand needs around data and privacy compliance in our products, services and platforms.

Translate customer, business, and legal needs into clear requirements and engage with engineering teams to deliver outstanding solutions users trust with their data.

Help build features, capabilities and tools that help keep user and company data protected and provide transparency around how our company processes data.

Collaborate with experience design teams driving the creation of mockups and review user interface designs to help ensure all privacy controls are implemented in accordance with privacy policies and requirements.

Conceive, document and communicate key use cases as the basis for comprehensive, end-to-end features and user acceptance testing for privacy requirements and solutions.

Build privacy success metrics/criteria and supervise performance.

Partner with legal to review privacy impact assessments for different platforms, products, tools, and services.

Prepare and deliver presentations for higher-level management including Directors, VPs and the Exec Staff with progress, risks and opportunities for privacy-focused capabilities and processes.

Act as an advocate and evangelist for privacy and data protection, leading internal training and building awareness.

What is needed to succeed

5+ years of relevant product management experience in either commercial or well-defined internal-facing products.

Understanding of technical environments, market dynamics and trends.

Solid knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, Data Cleanrooms, Privacy Sandbox APIs, etc.) and various industry frameworks geared around data privacy (e.g., IAB TCF, Global Privacy Platform, etc.)

Strong product management thinking with a dedication to nail the "What and Why" before jumping into solutioning.

Proven track record in highly cross-functional projects, working with product and technical teams with multiple priorities.

Business-savvy teammate who can think out of the box, with a keen ability for switch between tactical execution to critical thinking!

Persistent appetite to learn quickly with a highly curious, problem-solving focused mind.

Understanding and experience with international privacy laws.

Exceptional communication skills with a phenomenal sense of humor and dedication to integrity.

Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field, electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent

Certified Information Privacy Technology credential is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
