Job Details

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Lead North American Data and Analytics organization as it supports key data and analytics capabilities such as data infrastructure, integration, data governance and security, analytics and culture.
  • Lead and build a team of data analysts, data engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global and regional teams to build a global data strategy and design data platforms to enable our Client's vision and support data driven decision making for North America
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Design and manage models, policies, rules, and standards that govern how data is collected, stored, arranged, integrated, and used in our North American ecosystem (utilizing technologies such as Microsoft, Salesforce and SAP).
  • Utilize advance analytics techniques such as ML, AI to drive data-based decisions on Microsoft platform (Azure)
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance and inform strategic decision-making, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Azure Fabric, Mulesoft, and Power Plaform.
  • Develop and Business Intelligence approach (maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations) for the business to communicate key findings and performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, utilizing platforms such as Cognos, Microsoft and SAP.

Qualification we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in leading complex projects and delivering actionable insights.
  • Strong technical skills in data modeling, database design, data warehousing, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Py-thon, R,, Power BI, etc.), with proficiency in Microsoft Azure Fabric, Databricks, SAP, Cognos reporting, and Power Platforms preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and big data technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
